Description:
In a dry fry pan, brown the zera and daniha. Put this in a spice grinder and grind to a powder form. Put in a bowl and add all rest of the spices and set aside.In a large fry pan, add oil, garlic, gingerand chicken. Fry chicken for 23 minutes then add ALL spices. Stir fry until chicken is tender. Now put in the onions and green peppers. Cover with lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Keep checking and stirring to make sure it does not burn. Eat with parathas or just dig in with a fork. Enjoy!!
