One of the most tasty and delicious bread. It is very easy made at home. You can try this with a Cup of tea.



  • 3/4 c raspberries -  frozen
  •  1 ripe banana
  •  1 1/2 c all-purpose flour
  •  3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  •  1/2 tsp baking soda
  •  1/4 tsp salt
  •  1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
  •  1 c white sugar
  •  2 eggs
  •  1/2 c vegetable oil
  •  1/2 tsp lemon extract


  1. Preheat broiler to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Oil a piece dish. 
  2. Pound defrosted raspberries in a dish with a fork; press raspberries through a sifter to uproot seeds. Pound banana in another dish with a fork. 
  3. Consolidate flour, cinnamon, preparing pop, salt, and nutmeg in a dish. Beat sugar, eggs, raspberries, banana, and vegetable oil in a dish with an electric blender set on low until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Mix flour blend into raspberry blend until hitter is simply saturated; mix in lemon separate. Empty hitter into arranged chunk container. 
  4. Heat in the preheated broiler until a toothpick embedded into the inside tells the truth, around 60 minutes. Cool in the search for gold minutes before evacuating to cool totally on a wire rack.
