  •     2 c flour all-purpose
  •     2 c white sugar
  •     3/4 c cocoa - unsweetened
  •     2 tsp baking soda
  •     1 tsp baking powder
  •     1/2 tsp salt
  •     2 eggs
  •     1 c coffee - cold brewed
  •     1 c milk
  •     1/2 c vegetable oil
  •     2 tsp vinegar


  1. Preheat stove to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil and flour a 9x13-inch skillet.
  2. In an extensive dish, join the flour, sugar, cocoa, preparing pop, heating powder and salt. Make a well in the inside and pour in the eggs, espresso, drain, oil and vinegar. Blend until smooth; the hitter will be thin. Empty the player into the readied container.
  3. Heat in the preheated broiler for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick embedded into the focal point of the cake confesses all out. Permit to cool.
