"This recipe is easy and delicious. The smaller the eggs the better for good absorption of pickling juice.
1. Place eggs in a large stock pot and cover with cold water. You may need to cook the eggs in 2 batches if you do not have a pot large enough. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover, and let stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool under cold running water, and peel. Pierce each egg with a knife or fork to assist in the absorption of liquid.
2. Transfer eggs to a large glass jar or other deep, sealable glass container. Place beer, vinegar, pickling spice, and parsley flakes together in a bowl. Pour over eggs until fully submerged. (Be sure to select a container in which the eggs are completely covered, or add additional pickling liquid, if necessary.) Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 days before using. Can be sealed and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks in pickling liquid.

You will never go back microwave popcorn after trying this range-top recipe. It is made with oil, margarine, and seasoned salt
1. Start by cutting a paper grocery sack in half. This will serve as a makeshift serving bowl and it will absorb excess oil.
2. In a 2 quart pot, combine the oil, margarine and popcorn. Set over high heat, and constantly shake the pan back and forth. After the first kernel of corn pops, place the lid on the pot, and continue shaking. When the popcorn starts to lift the lid up off the pan, remove it from the heat, and hold it over the paper bag until it stops popping.
3. Pour into the paper sack and season with half of the seasoned salt. Shake the paper sack to distribute the salt. Taste before adding more so you don't make it too salty. You can always add more salt.

"I made this up the other day to use up left over BBQ chicken and wanted to create a Southwestern flavor. We like things spicy but the measurements can be easily adjusted to suit your taste
1. In a large bowl, toss together the chicken, corn, green pepper, green onions, and Cheddar cheese. In a separate bowl, stir together the cream cheese, barbeque sauce, cayenne pepper, paprika, salt and pepper. Blend the cream cheese mixture into the chicken mixture until everything is evenly coated.
2. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
3. Lay out the wonton wrappers on a clean surface, and place a spoonful of the chicken and cheese filling on each one. Fold into triangles or rolls, sealing with a bit of water if necessary. Place onto baking sheets, and brush with lightly with vegetable oil or spray with cooking spray.
4. Bake for about 10 minutes in the preheated oven, turning once, until golden brown.

My brother's girlfriend made this dip for our Christmas gathering. I think we all turned up our noses at the way it looked and the thought of the beans. This is a great party appetizer, or a really good family snack. Serve with marinara sauce. There is often a bit of the meat mixture left over, so you may want to use more olives than I have recommended in this recipe
1. In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook ground beef and ground pork until evenly browned.
2. Drain meats. Mix in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion, parsley flakes, Parmesan cheese, and salt and pepper. Continue cooking over medium high heat 1 to 2 minutes, until thoroughly blended.
3. Beat eggs in a small bowl. Place Italian-style dried bread crumbs in a small bowl. Stuff the olives with the meat mixture. Dip the stuffed olives into the eggs, then into the bread crumb mixture. Place coated olives on a flat surface and let them sit for 10 minutes.
4. Heat vegetable oil in the deep fryer or large, heavy saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Repeat the process of dipping each olive into the egg and bread mixture.
5. In small batches, fry the olives 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
