1. Peel and cut the potatoes into large pieces. Then wash them with cold running water and place them in plenty of cold water. 2. Prepare Bhuna Gosht. add potatoes and cook for few minutes, stirring all the time. Add 3-4 cups of water and bring to boil. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot with a tight fitting lid. Cook for 20- 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and about 2-3 cups gravy is left. 3. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander, green chilies and garam masala. 4. Serve with Boiled rice, Nan, or Roti • Serves: 6 People. • Serve Hot. • Preparation Time: 12 minutes. • Cooking Time: 45 minutes.
